Q: How do I order?
A: To purchase
- Browse through our products.
- Click on the item you want to purchase.
- Use the pulldown menu to select a size or an option if available.
- Click the "Add to Cart" button. Once you have added the item to your cart you can check out, adjust quantities, or continue shopping.
- When you are ready to check out, click "Check Out". You will be asked to login or register if you are a new customer.
- Enter your information in the appropriate fields. When you are done, you will then be taken to the billing and shipping information page.
- Select your shipping address and method, then click "Continue".
- Select your payment address and method, then click "Continue".
- After reviewing your order, click "Confirm Order".
- For Credit Card / Paypal - Enter your credit card information or login to Paypal then click the "Pay Now" button. If you do not see the credit card info area for you to fill out, click on the "Continue" link on the left hand side to show. Most of the info should be already filled out for you. When the Thank You page comes up you have completed the order. Your order details will be emailed to you.
- For ATM Bank Transfer - Your order details and ATM transfer instructions will be emailed to you. After the transfer has been made, please email us your order number and bank receipt to payment@metal-warehouse.com. Items will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
Q: Are your products official and licensed?
A: Yes. All our products are 100% official, licensed and imported from US official suppliers.
Q: Do you charge shipping?
A: There is no shipping charge, all orders are entitled to free shipping worldwide.
Q: What mail service you use to ship out your products?
A: We use registered mail service for all our shipments to ensure our customers can correctly receive the products.
Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Yes. When you use Credit Card / Paypal to make your payment, the transaction is secured. We do not store your credit card numbers on our server or anywhere.
Q: What if an item is out of stock?
A: If you have only ordered one item and it is out of stock, we will notify you by email. If you ordered other items and the missing item is available soon, then we will just hold until we can deliver your order in full. If it is going to be out for a while then we will deliver the order partially. When this happens you are only charged for the item(s) delivered and we will arrange a refund for the missing item(s).
Q: Can I get a refund if I ordered the wrong item or the product is defective?
A: Please make sure your order details and product size are correct before placing it, we cannot provide refund if you have placed a wrong item or ordered a wrong size.
Please refer to our size chart for different size measurements.
However, if a product is defective, kindly contact us within 3 days after you received your item and we will re-order it for an exchange.

Q: What do I do if I am having trouble with the shopping cart?
A: Try enabling cookies on your browser.
For Internet Explorer:
- Click on Tools
- Go down to Internet Options
- In the Internet Options window click the Privacy tab
- Move the slider bar down to Medium, Low, or Accepts All Cookies
- Click the Apply button to save the settings
- Click OK to close the Internet Options window
- Restart the browser and try again
For Firefox:
- Click on Tools
- Go down to Options
- Click on the Privacy icon
- Click on the button next to Cookies, make sure "allow site to set cookies" is checked
- Click OK to save changes and close the Options window
- Restart the browser and try again
If you continue experiencing problems you might want to try using another computer or another browser type, or wait for 24 hours and try the transaction again as the problem could be internally on our end.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes. We ship to most countries. If your country is not listed on the drop down list then we are not currently accepting orders from there. Usually this is because of a high occurrence of fraud.
Q: What brand you use for your tee shirts?
A: We carry quite a few brand names for our tee shirts. Some of them include: Anvil, AAA, American Apparel, Hanes, Gildan, Tennessee River, etc.
Q: How long will my order take?
A: For in-stock items - Products will be shipped out within 48 hours once the payment is confirmed. For custom order or out of stock items - Approximately 4 weeks depending on your location and product availability. Our products are ordered directly from US suppliers and the process can take up to a month.
